Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. That was the forecast for my lunch today. Meatballs are the oldest recipe in the book but my versions is a new take with a spicy twist. I hope you like it and enjoy it as much as I will later today.

Spicy Meatballs

cook time: 15 minutes


  • 500g minced chicken, turkey, lamb, beef or pork
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed or chopped
  • 2 tsp mild or medium curry powder
  • ½ tsp paprika or cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 150g arugula
  • feta
  • balsamico
  • a bit olive oil
